Causes and troubleshooting of automatic ladler

The ladle cup can not automatically pour the material. Generally, there are the following fault reasons:

1.Forward limit fault of ladle cup;

2. No automatic signal of die casting machine;

3.The injection rod of die casting machine is retracted in place;

4.The clamping limit of die casting machine does not act;

5. Ladle cup frequency converter failure.

Troubleshooting:

1. Check whether the forward limit PLC (input x) acts;

2. Check the "die casting machine automatic" relay and signal line;

3. Check the "ejection limit of die casting machine" relay and signal line, and check whether the return hammer is in place;

4. Check the "die casting machine clamping limit" relay and signal line, and check whether the die casting machine is clamping in place;

5. Check the connection between die casting machine and ladle cup box;

6. Repair the frequency converter.
