● it adopts PLC and frequency converter control to make the arm stop more accurate. It adopts Chinese man-machine interface, which can easily set various parameters and monitor the machine state. It has fault self diagnosis display function, which is very convenient for use and maintenance.

● the transmission part of the fuselage adopts imported bearings and high-temperature self-lubricating bearings, with simple maintenance and long service life.

● diversified standby modes, even complex and changeable molds with core pulling can cooperate freely. There are manual / automatic double operation modes, three standby modes, front standby / rear standby and linkage control.

● the ladle cup volume is controlled by encoder imported from Japan / Germany. The ladle cup volume can be increased in both manual and automatic States, with stable ladle cup volume, good repeatability and reduced product defect rate.
